Anchor's away with this malty morsel. Forgoing any strong hoppy characters, our Amber Anchor is all about its malt profile. Providing biscuit and caramel notes and a medium body to give it some strength. It's hops have been selected to enhance its base malt character, giving the Amber a strong anchor on its flavour profile.
When a man goes overboard, he may find himself surrounded by a sea of mangoes, especially if he was onboard a ship carrying a full cargo of mangoes. Our Mangoes Overboard is a sweet little pale that packs a hefty mango punch on both the nose and taste buds, whilst still featuring the classic hoppy bitterness of a pale. Swim in that mango sea and see where the fruity tides may take you.
Yo ho, all hands, hoist our sea shanty high. This New Zealand Pale Ale boasts an assortment of fruity chants, from chorus grapefruit, to harmonising mandarin and pineapple solos. Nectaron, Wai-iti, and Chinook hops are what gives Sea Shanty its bold statement, while its light and juicy profile is what makes you come singing back.
Come one, Come all, to be a fool with us on the good ship Jolly. Partake in this hoppy IPA and dance, and joke, your way across deck. Mosaic and Jester(Get it) Hops offer an assortment of fresh and fruity flavours, while its delectable 4.5% ensures you don't become a fool too quickly for your to enjoy a few more pints.
Jolly Sailor brewery Ltd was established in 2012 and is located in the pleasant market town of Selby on the banks of the River Ouse. We pride ourselves on brewing excellent quality ales.
