Our special range is always changing as we test new flavours, experiment with different style, or create beers we've always dreamed of making. Most of the beers we make in this range will only be made once so you'll have to act fast to not miss out, however, if they are popular enough then they may grace us with their presence again.
All our specials are available in 9 Gallon Cask and 5/10/20 Litre Bag in Box
The Hop, Stock, & Barrel series was created to use up remaining stock of hops and malt, preventing us from wasting valuable resources whilst creating excellent beers. Sometimes we don't even know how each brew of Hop, Stock will turn out. All we can do is point it in the general direction of what we want and then let it run its course. Of course we always make each batch taste the best it can and it will always be up to the same excellent standard as our other beers.
We love hops and when we really love a hop we make a beer with just that hop! Introducing our single hopped beer range. An excellent way to really enjoy and experience that one single hop with no interference from anything else. Each of our single hopped beers will appear here and there with no rhyme or reason so keep your eyes peeled for when they grace s with their presence.
A special amongst special. We use locally sourced hemp flour to give this pale ale a deliciously nutty depth that you won't find in any of our other beers.

A New World awaits us across the ocean of beer, and our New World American Pale Ale delivers the beautiful citrus and hoppy notes that you'll find in this age of exploration. Using the popular Cascade and Citra American hops and offering an easy going 3.7% ABV, we've created an incredibly delicious and easy drinking hoppy pale that's hopefully perfect for the new year.
Jolly Sailor brewery Ltd was established in 2012 and is located in the pleasant market town of Selby on the banks of the River Ouse. We pride ourselves on brewing excellent quality ales. Along with monthly special beers, our core range has a loyal following and we hope you are soon able to see and taste why!
