Jolly Sailor Beer Club Terms and Conditions

• Subscription holder will receive 1 or 2*x 20L bag in box beers, ( *depending on subscription chosen), in a 4 week period.
• If Subscription holder orders the 2 x 20L subscription per month , both bag in boxes will come on same delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• You will receive a total of 6 x 20L bag in boxes on the 1 per month subscription and a total of 12 x 20L bag in boxes on the 2 per month subscription.
• You will receive an email in the 3^rd week of the month with the next month’s beer availability. Please ensure jollysailorbrewery@gmail.com is marked as a safe sender in your inbox.
• The subscriber must inform the brewery of the coming months’ beer choice by replying to the ‘Availability email’ in the first week of the following month or the brewery reserves the right to choose beer for recipient.
• The Jolly Sailor Brewery Ltd will deliver the beer within the 2^nd or 3^rd week of the month unless otherwise arranged with Subscription holder, on the specific delivery day for the subscription holders area.
• A subscription holder can only have beer delivered in Jolly Sailor Brewery Ltd’s free delivery area. (See online delivery calculator at www.jollysailorbrewery.uk to check you are in the area). Other areas can be added on a case by case basis, please contact the brewery to arrange.
• Subscription holder must supply an email address, phone number and full postal address details to ensure smooth running of the subscription service.
• Full subscription fee must be paid before any deliveries commence.
• Subscription holder and recipient of beer must be 18 years of age or older.

Proof of age may be required upon delivery. We cannot leave your delivery with a child under the age of 18.

• For special dietary requirements and allergens, please contact brewery before ordering or check out our allergen list on the website.
• There will be no refunds or exchanges once subscription has commenced. *

*In unforeseen or extreme circumstances an agreement can be made between Jolly Sailor Brewery Ltd and Subscription holder to change/postpone the subscription deliveries or refund any remaining balance not used if there is no other way the subscription terms can be met.

• You can only choose the beers that Jolly Sailor Brewery Ltd have in stock for that month.
• Jolly Sailor Brewery Ltd reserve the right to change beer choice if beer sells out or it becomes unavailable. The brewery will endeavour to contact subscription holder to discuss this if this occurs.
• Jolly Sailor Brewery Ltd reserves the right to change delivery days to ensure same area deliveries are made together. The brewery will endeavour to contact subscription holder to discuss this if this occurs.
• Jolly Sailor Brewery Ltd reserve the right to cancel subscriptions at any time. In this instance refunds will be allocated on a case by case basis.
